We provide global shipping through a well-established international courier service. If your country is not listed as an available shipping destination during checkout, please reach out to us at ferei@ferei.com for assistance.

Free shipping is available on all wheelset orders to over 70 countries via our website.

However, due to increased shipping costs to certain remote locations, we are unable to offer free delivery to the following countries. Additional shipping fees will apply:

Turkey, Israel, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, Qatar. If your delivery address is in one of these regions, please email us at ferei@ferei.com for more details.

Multiple shipping options are available, and delivery times may vary based on the method selected: (EMS/DPD: 15–30 days, Fedex/DHL/UPS: 5–10 days). Please note that customs processing in the destination country may cause further delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will promptly send you the tracking number via email. You can also view your shipment details directly on our website. In addition, you may track your package using this third-party tracking service: https://www.17track.net/

*Please note that free shipping applies only to wheelset orders. Orders containing accessories only are not eligible and may incur additional shipping charges.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed the same business day. Orders submitted over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. After placing your order, it will be sent to our factory for production. Standard production time is approximately 5 business days if the rims are in stock. For custom builds or when rims are out of stock, production usually takes 12–15 business days. Total delivery time includes both production and shipping duration. Once your wheels have been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking information. (*Please allow 3–5 business days for processing international shipments.)
