Return Policy
Before submitting a return request, please review the following guidelines carefully:
- Initiate a Return Request
All return requests must be submitted by completing the After-Sales Request Form. Please do not ship any items back to us without first receiving approval. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify Ferei within 7 days of delivery. Failure to report damage or missing items within this time frame may result in the inability to process a claim.
- Modifying or Cancelling an Order Before Shipment
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact Ferei via email or through the Live Chat feature on our official website within 24 hours of placing your order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted. If accepted, additional fees may apply.
For custom orders, modifications or cancellations after 24 hours are generally not available.
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, notify us via email or Live Chat. In some cases, the order may already have been dispatched before we receive your cancellation request.
- Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
Unworn, undamaged, and unused
With all original tags attached
In their original packaging in good condition
Exceptions may apply for items that cannot be removed from packaging without causing damage. All original accessories must be included in the return.
If the item was purchased as part of a multi-item set, the entire set must be returned together unless the items were individually packaged.
Returns received in damaged packaging or missing accessories may be subject to restocking or processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Timeframe for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. - Eligibility for Returns
Ferei Store only processes returns and refunds for items purchased directly through www.fereistore.com. You must provide a valid Ferei Store order number to proceed with your return. - Non-Eligible Returns
We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct associated costs from your refund if:
The item was not purchased from Ferei Store
The item is not in its original condition
Packaging is damaged or missing
Parts or accessories are missing from the return
You did not follow our return instructions
The item was mishandled or improperly cared for during return shipment
Exchange Policy
Each item may be exchanged only once. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping fees.
Important Notes
Please ensure that no non-Ferei Store items are accidentally included in your return package. We are not responsible for returning these items to you.
If you return an item that does not meet the requirements of our return policy, we reserve the right to either reject the return or send the item back to you at your expense.
